Position description
Requirement:
1. Diploma or equivalent with related working experience, semiconductor preferred.
2. Be able to communicate in English
3. Familiar with Microsoft office software
Responsibilities:
1. Plan & coordinate the production activities with all
3 shift production supervisors to achieve production
Objectives
2. supervise, train & lead a team of production supervisor
3. Communicate changes in process, procedure & policy to subordinates to ensure compliance
4. Liaise with support group on production & engineering matters
5. Control & monitor proper usage of both direct & indirect materials to ensure cost effective
6. work closely with PC to ensure on time delivery
7. Ensure proper housekeeping & inculcate safety awareness & teamwork on the production floor
8. Other assignment by immediate superior
